Our Objectives
The main aims of EnviroCluster are to:
- Support the growth of existing environment sector businesses in Greater Peterborough;
- Stimulate the creation of new environment sector businesses and attract inward investment to the city;
- Promote skills development, knowledge sharing and networking capability;
- Develop and implement flagship R&D and commercial projects, highlighting Greater Peterborough's EGS sector capabilities and skills; and
- Contribute to the overall objective of positioning Peterborough as the UK's environmental capital and help to ensure Peterborough's environment businesses have a key role to play in the city's future development.
- Engage with companies in the cluster;
- Develop an environmental demonstration project in the city;
- Relocate your environment business to Peterborough;
- Expand your company;
- Gain specialist knowledge in the environmental sector;
- Require advice on marketing or web site development;
- Gain access to grants and funding for project development;
- Are looking to promote your product or service to a new or wider audience;
- Find specialist training or skills development courses;
- Promote events and other business opportunities to cluster members.
