Responce to Redundancy
The Response to Redundancy programme (formerly known as Responding2Redundancy) provides advice, guidance and re-training opportunities to individuals facing redundancy. It gives early support to certify their existing skills, and provide appropriate training to improve their opportunities in the job market when they are made redundant.
The programme is linked to the Jobcentre Plus Rapid Response Service to make sure that people who face redundancy are given appropriate help to move back into work as efficiently as possible.
